Jason Matejka
Jason grew up in Washington state with a general contractor for a father. He is equipped with over 25 years of hands on construction experience. Jason is also a Firefighter and Paramedic who always has safety in mind. When performing property inspections Jason knows just what to look for to maintain integrity of the home and quality of life for the tenant. Jason enjoys spending time with his 4 daughters, fishing, and playing with his power tools!

Nataliya I. became a cherished member of the Family Owned Property Management family in 2019, exemplifying the dynamic spirit of today's young professionals. Holding a bachelor's degree in public health and business administration from the College of Charleston, Nataliya channels her fervor into social media marketing, always aiming to create a warm and welcoming experience for all our clients and tenants. Her innovative ideas and flair for the unique are invaluable to our team, reinforcing the 'family' in Family Owned PM. With her genuine and kind-hearted nature, Nataliya aspires to make a lasting positive impact on our community.
Nataliya Matejka - General Counsel
Nataliya was born in Ukraine and immigrated to the US as a refugee from the communist party. Her family planted roots in Washington state and when she met the love of her life, they moved to SC to start a family of their own. Nataliya is a licensed SC Lawyer skilled in Landlord/Tenant laws and relations with over 15 years of property management experience. Nataliya is passionate about her relationship with God, spending time with family, giving back to the community, and anything to do with the great outdoors.
