Eviction Guarantee: Worried about the horror stories you've heard with tenant evictions? In the rare and unfortunate case we have to evict your tenant, rest assured you won't have to pay a single penny towards any legal fees or court costs.
Easy Switch Guarantee: Are you looking to break away from self-management or tired of your current management company, but worried about the transition and its impact on your tenants? Worry no more; we have a tried and true system in place to help make the transition as smooth as possible for all parties involved.
Damage Guarantee: We determine the security deposit but always keep you protected. If there is pet or resident damage beyond normal wear and tear and we determined it was unnecessary to collect a security deposit, we will pay the first $2,000 out of our pocket.
Smart Screening Guarantee: We take our screening process very seriously and are proud of our great streak of amazing tenants. However, life happens; if a tenant breaks a lease early, we will waive your next leasing fee and find you a new qualified tenant as soon as possible! *military transfer excluded*
