2. Pay stubs or tax return if self-employed (proof of income 3x Rent)
3. Rental History (addresses and Landlord contact information)
4. References (personal and/or professional)
5. Vehicle information (make, model, and plate numbers)
6. Renters Insurance information(or Agency name that will provide it)
7. Credit card or Bank information for $75 application fee
1. Collections/Judgments to any Landlords in last 5 years
2. Collections/Judgements for any utilities in last 5 years
3. Evictions within the last 5 years.
4. Consistent late payments with previous Landlords
5. Inaccurate/falsified information on application or in communication during screening process.
